Designed for stationary and fugitive emission sources, it supports field inspections, enterprise self-monitoring, VOC source tracing, and evaluation of VOC treatment facilities.

The EXPEC-3200 (Model: 115Pro) Portable THC, Methane, and Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC) Detection System is based on gas chromatography with flame ionization detection (GC-FID). It is designed for on-site determination of total hydrocarbons (THC), methane (CH₄), and non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) from stationary and fugitive emission sources.

Equipped with a color touch screen and hot-swappable battery capability, the EXPEC-3200 delivers high measurement accuracy, long operating time, and user-friendly field operation. When paired with a water-based hydrogen generator, the system supports long-term hydrogen supply for continuous on-site measurements.

The EXPEC-3200 complies with HJ 1332-2023, Stationary Source Emissions—Determination of Total Hydrocarbons, Methane and Non-Methane Total Hydrocarbons—Portable Gas Chromatography–Flame Ionization Detector Method, and HJ 1012-2018, Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Portable Analyzers for Total Hydrocarbons, Methane and Non-Methane Total Hydrocarbons in Ambient Air and Exhaust Gas.
