The core component ofthe LGA-4500IC, the Herriott Cavity, consists of two mirors with optically high reflectivity(R>99.8%),. The detection laser enters the Heriott Cavity filed with the gas to be analyzed and is reflected dozensof times. By detecting the weak light signal that is absorbed by the sample gas and contains information aboutthe concentration of the gas to be measured, online measurement oftrace or even trace gas concentration isachieved.
