The color online sensor is a dual-beam, probe-type intelligent sensor designed to effectively reduce turbidity interference through automatic compensation. It is equipped with a built-in cleaning brush to prevent fouling and bubbles from affecting measurement accuracy. The analyzer uses an RS485 interface and supports the standard Modbus protocol, enabling rapid detection of changes in water color.
Uses dual light sources: one channel measures color using a system composed of a light source, photodiode, and quartz window to simulate human visual observation, with algorithms that establish a stable and reliable water color calculation model; the other channel measures water turbidity, applying specific algorithms to compensate for optical path attenuation and partially eliminate interference from particulate suspended solids, thereby achieving stable and reliable measurements.
