On the other side, an “Ultra-Sensory” robotic dog, equipped with portable gas chromatography modules, navigates complex terrains and high-risk areas for autonomous inspections.
These innovations represent a leap toward the “Digital-Intelligence” era, transforming environmental monitoring from manual supervision to autonomous guardianship.
From April 13 to 15, the 27th IE expo China was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. FPI, together with its specialized subsidiary EXPEC Technology, presented under the theme “Measuring Everything with Intelligence, Driven by Data,” showcasing a comprehensive suite of next-generation smart monitoring solutions designed for the evolving global environmental landscape.
During the exhibition, FPI’s commitment to excellence and international growth was recognized with two prestigious 2026 IE expo Awards: “Leading Enterprise of the Year” and “Global Pioneer of the Year.”
As global environmental standards tighten, monitoring is evolving from simple “problem identification” to “risk prevention and data-driven decision support.” At this event, FPI introduced systematic smart monitoring solutions that integrate ambient air quality, emergency response, pollution source tracking, and industrial process analysis into a unified digital ecosystem.
A standout exhibit was the “Lights-out Laboratory.” Built on standardized analytical methods and system integration, this lab provides a technical architecture characterized by “Standardized Flow, Intelligent Nodes, and Traceable Quality.” It enables large-scale water samples to undergo a fully automated journey—from sampling and storage to analysis and data reporting—supporting round-the-clock operation without human intervention.
The “Ultra-Sensory” robotic dog also garnered significant attention for its ability to extend the boundaries of environmental inspection. Designed for hazardous or inaccessible areas, it can perform autonomous patrols in industrial parks or collaborate with drones for river sampling. This technology empowers enterprises to maintain high safety standards while ensuring comprehensive environmental compliance.
The digital-intelligence water quality online monitoring system, centered on the SUPEC 5120 Water Quality Automatic Analyzer, enables full-domain intelligent perception and diagnostics while reducing labor and maintenance costs through smart O&M. Leveraging national-level scientific instrument projects like the LC-MS/MS, FPI continues to enhance its capabilities in screening and detecting “new pollutants.”
FPI’s AQMS series has obtained U.S. EPA certification and is listed in the Federal Register, demonstrating the competitiveness and reliability of high-end Chinese environmental instruments in the international market. Represented by the AQMS-600 Trace Nitrogen Oxide Analyzer, FPI is advancing precision monitoring for low-concentration scenarios, providing stable data support for ultra-low emission monitoring and pollution source tracking.
For emergency response, the company showcased the EXPEC 3500S Portable GC-MS, featuring high integration and second-level response times for rapid on-site screening.
For industrial applications, FPI displayed a robust pollution control matrix including CEMS, the EXPEC 2000 explosion-proof FID total hydrocarbon analyzer, and the SIA-3000 water quality analyzer.
Additionally, FPI’s laser gas analyzers provide stable process monitoring and precise optimization in complex industrial conditions through in-situ measurement and millisecond response times. These tools support enterprises in pollution control, cost management, and the synergistic reduction of pollution and carbon emissions.
