To address increasingly complex air pollution challenges, FPI has leveraged its extensive expertise in ambient air quality monitoring to develop a compact micro air quality monitoring system featuring a high-density grid deployment, low cost, and integrated multi-parameter sensing. The system provides decision support for environmental management and air quality trend analysis in Indonesia’s industrial parks.
At the Morowali Industrial Park in Indonesia, multiple FPI AQMS-3000 Micro Air Quality Monitoring System units have been successfully deployed and are operating reliably. The system continuously delivers high-accuracy monitoring of key ambient air quality parameters, including SO₂, NOₓ, CO, O₃, PM₁₀, and PM₂.₅, supporting refined environmental management across the industrial park.

As the Morowali Industrial Park continues to expand its production capacity, monitoring dust and particulate matter concentrations has become increasingly critical. In response, the overseas team at FPI designed and optimized the monitoring network by taking into account the distribution of enterprises within the park, local geographical conditions, and prevailing meteorological characteristics, while also providing comprehensive service support.
- Optimize the layout of monitoring stations in a scientifically sound manner. By integrating monitoring data such as wind direction and pollutant concentrations, analyze abnormal variations and pollution transport characteristics to enhance pollution source tracing and strengthen environmental management support for the industrial park.
- Establish a comprehensive service and support mechanism covering the entire project lifecycle. Provide original equipment manufacturer (OEM) delivery training, local operation and maintenance (O&M) services, and a 24/7 remote response mechanism to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system.
According to the park’s management, the availability of continuous and traceable monitoring data has provided a much clearer analytical foundation for environmental management.
