To address the challenges of flue gas emission monitoring in palm oil processing — including complex parameters and difficult measurement conditions — FPI deployed its meticulously developed CEMS-2000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System. Applicable across a wide range of emission sources and TÜV-certified by Germany, the CEMS-2000 has helped FPI expand into overseas markets, enabling a palm oil plant in Indonesia to achieve continuous online flue gas monitoring.
At the Indonesian facility, the installed CEMS-2000 monitors pollutant gas components including SO₂, NO, CO, and CO₂, while simultaneously capturing process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow velocity, and humidity in real time — providing the plant with reliable, data-backed emission reporting.
Given the complexity of flue gas composition in palm oil production, FPI drew on decades of experience in CEMS research and development to successfully overcome these technical challenges:
